Jon Bonus is an American musician, songwriter, and producer. Born and raised in Atlanta, Jon started playing piano at age 4 and has written music for Tori Alamaze, Asher Roth, T-Pain, Day 26, Young Dro, and more. In addition to working with mainstream artists, he has also composed music for ABC, Kellogg’s Corn Pops, Creative Circle, and the full length films “Christmas Cupid” and “Soul Ties.”

Jon is well versed in all music styles but is most known for creating Pop, R&B, and Hip Hop songs with catchy melodic hooks. His main collaborators include DJ Rasta Root, former Capitol Records artist Samiyyah Dixon, and James “Scrappy” Stassen, all veterans in the music industry. Since 2005, Jon has received 2 Gold and 1 Platinum RIAA plaques for his contributions to various projects.
